Der Dekor aus Zucker natürlich selbstgemacht.
Die Chefin hatte so Freude, dass sie allen Gästen die Torten im Restaurant zeigte und sie dann in der Konditorei Vitrine ausstellte. Und ich freute mich so sehr. Das ist für mich der undendliche Dank für die zahlreichen Stunden Leidenschaft und Arbeit die man in die Torte steckte. Und vergisst dann auch in diesem Moment all die Details die man vielleicht noch hätte besser machen können. Und freut sich nur noch mit dem Kunden. Vielen Dank gibt es soviele liebe Leute die meine Arbeit mit Freude und Dankbarkeit schätzen. Und möchtet Ihr diese wunderbare Chefin kennenlernen...
